Fund Finance Management operates as a loan broker under § 34c(1) sentence 1 no. 2 of the German Trade Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung, GewO). Fund Finance Management advises lenders, debt funds and mandates, manages loans on behalf of lenders and arranges loans between lenders and borrowers.
